At 12-30 today the hospice had been sent £2300, pounds thanks to you all. we will run it till middle of next week.

Well done chaps great effort, my nan was in the hospice for her last days after we got her transferred from Newham hospital.
Not somewhere you want to go to often obviously but the staff and surroundings were superb and I couldn't praise them enough

We done the walk today chas me and chass boy luke it was very hot in the ground around 35c,we was taken round by martin gritton, who was a top bloke, i hope we have made a lot of money for the hospice,The new work on the seats looked good..Ithink gsb will be making the three of us our big preseason signings.

I’ve a friend who’s wife was just told she has a few weeks or months left as the cancer treatments aren’t working anymore. I have no idea even what to say. It’s really sad. Should I phone or visit or just leave the family to be together. No idea?

On wednesday 21st july, chas and myself will walk around the pitch to raise money for charity, we will do this for about 45 mins, even when ill the big man thinks of others
